Franco Herrera, former Undersecretary for Investment Promotion at the Ministry of Sustainable Economic Development of Guanajuato, joins EC Legal Rubio Villegas to consolidate the firm’s leadership in this State.

Franco obtained his Masters Degree in International Tax Law the Georgetown University Law Center, in 2003.
He obtained his Law Degree with honors at Universidad Iberoamericana, Campus León, in 2001.
He previously worked at important law firms in Mexico City and Irapuato.
