Again, we would like to remind you that you have the opportunity to present an Amparo against the payment of “Fees for Public Lighting (DAP)”, charged monthly by the Federal Electricity Commission in the States of Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Querétaro, Puebla, among others, which will be charged in your receipt as of January 2020, trial which must be filed every year.
The term to file the claim is within 15 (fifteen) days following the date of issuance of the consumer voucher issued by the Federal Electricity Commission in the States of Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Chihuahua and Puebla.
We recommend you contact the offices of the firm so they can inform you on how to proceed regarding the term to promote the Amparo proceeding, which is derived from the different judicial criteria that each State has.
To start the Amparo, we need you to send us the receipt (original format), as well as the proof of payment that you have made and a certified copy of the deed that contains the power of the person representing the company and a photocopy of his or her identification.
