BIO

Luisa Bustamante joined the firm in 2012 and became an associate in 2014. Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, M&A and Public Faith.

Luisa has wide experience in the operation, compliance and corporate organization of commercial companies; agreements, incorporation, merger, acquisitions, “split-off”, dissolution and liquidation of companies, compliance with corporate obligations, foreign investment and trademarks.

EDUCATION

  • Law Degree, Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, ITESM Chihuahua Campus. Academic merit Scholarship (December 2014).
  • Certification in Compliance and Criminal Liability, by Tirant Lo Blanch México (December 2019).
  • Certification in New Technologies Law by Lawgic (March 2024).
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Accounting Faculty of the Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua (September 2023 to date).
