  • Has been actively involved in several merger and acquisition initiatives, overseeing due diligence procedures, and negotiating legal agreements involving labor, real estate, and infrastructure for multinational corporations spanning industries such as mining, automotive, food, electronics, iron and steel, and financial services.
  • Has represented clients in various construction projects for industrial buildings, residential complexes, and offices. He has negotiated construction contracts with various modalities, with these projects collectively amounting to investments exceeding US$100,000,000.00.
  • Has also played a crucial role in negotiating “built to suit” agreements and leases for existing industrial buildings on behalf of both national and foreign clients, with investments surpassing US$100,000,000.00.
  • Has provided strategic guidance, negotiation support, and legal drafting assistance for real estate investment projects, utilizing structures such as partnerships, joint ventures, and trusts.
  • His extensive expertise extends to due diligence, acquisition, and financing of mining projects, with investments reaching up to US$400,000,000.00.
  • Has actively contributed to the planning and execution of sophisticated legal frameworks for the development and operation of mixed-use communities in cities such as Monterrey, Querétaro, Mérida, and other tourist destinations in Mexico.
