We are pleased to announce that our partner from the Monterrey office, Juan Vázquez Silveyra, has joined EC Rubio’s Executive and Administration Committee.
Juan is a corporate lawyer with over 35 years of experience, specializing in foreign investment projects in Mexico, including real estate and infrastructure. He also advises clients on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters for diverse industries, particularly real estate, manufacturing and mining companies.
In 2023, Juan was elected managing partner of Fegamo y Vasaf, and was responsible for coordinating the negotiation and processes for the integration of Fegamo y Vasaf into EC Rubio. The integration was successfully concluded on April 1, 2024, the same date Juan joined the Executive and Administration Committee.
