María Fernanda Reyes Hernández

BIO

Fernanda joined the Firm in 2023 and has more than six years of experience in corporate and transactional work. Her practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance (corporate and regulatory), advising domestic and international companies in the structuring, negotiation and execution of commercial and investment transactions, as well as in their establishment and ongoing operations in Mexico.

She has advised on the structuring of investment vehicles and trusts, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate and legal due diligence. She also provides comprehensive support to multinational clients in their day-to-day corporate management, governance matters, and compliance programs.

EDUCATION

• Law Degree, Universidad la Salle.
• She is currently pursuing a diploma in corporate law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

• Lead counsel in the ongoing corporate advisory and support of multinational companies operating in Mexico.
• Participation and coordination in the acquisition of companies and assets, including corporate, real estate and regulatory due diligence, as well as the structuring and negotiation of transaction agreements.
• Advisory on the acquisition and development of real estate for hotel and tourism projects.
• Structuring and negotiation of industrial facility agreements, particularly for clients in the food and logistics sectors.
