New Partners at EC Rubio

EC Rubio is pleased to announce that its associates Yamel Cázares, César Holguín and Alejandro Valles, were promoted as new partners of the firm. With these appointments, EC Rubio shows its commitment to the professional development of its lawyers and consolidates its leadership and offering of specialized services in the northern region of Mexico.

Yamel Cázares, who has 17 years of experience within the firm, focuses her practice on corporate law, immigration, foreign investment, real estate, intellectual property acquisitions, financial technology (FINTECH), crowdfunding, start-ups and new technologies. She will be the first female partner in the Chihuahua office and has been instrumental in the growth of this office.

Yamel earned her degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, as well as a Diploma in Taxation from the same university.

César Holguín, with 21 years of experience within the firm, focuses his practice in civil, commercial, administrative, family, agrarian and amparo litigation. His trajectory and technical knowledge have been fundamental to consolidate the prestige of the litigation area of the Chihuahua office during the last ten years.

César holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and a Master’s degree in Civil and Family Law from the same university.

Alejandro Valles, with 15 years of experience within the firm, focuses his practice in civil, commercial, administrative, agrarian and civil protection litigation. His trajectory and professionalism have consolidated him as a leader in the area of commercial, administrative and agrarian litigation in the northern part of the country.

César holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and a Master’s degree in Civil and Family Law from the same university.
