Paulina Alarcon joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on assisting and advising national and foreign companies doing or seeking to do business in Mexico, providing her legal services in corporate law, including incorporation of entities, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, foreign investment, drafting of commercial contracts and corporate governance issues of companies.
