On  January 11TH, 2021, the Official Gazette of the Federation published the Decree that amends Article 311 and adds Chapter XII BIS of the Federal Labor Law, regarding remote working (known as “home office”), which will enter into force on January 12 of this year.

In accordance with the above, companies will need to modify their Labor Contracts, Collective Labor Contracts, Internal Labor Regulations, Policies and other documents in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the mentioned Reform. We are happy to assist you in making the necessary changes.
