BIO

Stephanie possesses over eight years of professional experience, with a practice focused on Labor and Social Security Law. She specializes in Corporate Labor Law, representing clients in individual and collective matters before Local and Federal Labor Courts, as well as before the Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards. She provides strategic counsel on the prevention of individual and collective labor disputes and assists in their resolution through negotiations before Conciliation Centers.

She has been actively involved in employer substitution processes, as well as in the execution of employment termination and settlement agreements.
