BIO
Alejandra Alvidrez joined the firm in 2021. With more than four years of experience, her practice includes corporate, energy, and real estate procedures to comply with federal and local regulations necessary to carry out industrial operations in Mexico.
She has also collaborated in legal audit procedures (Due Diligence) for acquisitions in Mexico and business regulatory compliance.
Her additional practices focus on immigration law, providing assistance and guidance to clients especially in obtaining all types of work and tourist visas.
incorporate legal entities, file for and obtain permits, licenses and registrations that allow them to carry their commercial activities, all the way to winding down their operations in Mexico and dissolving and liquidating their legal entities.
Alejandra also interacts with developers and other practice areas in the feasibility, planning and implementation of infrastructure, energy and real estate projects. She has advised clients from Mexico, the United States and various countries around the world in a wide variety of legal matters, including the presentation and approval of projects to modify the Urban Development Plan in behalf of the Municipal Council, such as the elimination of roads, as well as modifications of Land Use Coefficients and approval of Industrial Condominiums.
Also, Alejandra has participated in hydraulic projects for industrial clients along with the Municipal Board of Water and Sanitation in Ciudad Juárez, which include drilling, equipping, and donating water wells.
