Alma Oviedo specializes in Labor & Employment Law. She is focused on prevention of individual and collective litigation and collaborated in the installation processes of several companies, submitting all kinds of procedures before the IMSS, INFONAVIT, INFONACOT and STPS, as well as company closures, employer substitutions, individual or collective labor terminations.
Alma provides advices to prevent and solve labor disputes.
