Summmary of matter: EC Rubio helped Resonac Corporation (previoulsy Showa Denko K.K.) as Mexican counsel on the acquisition of the remaining 50% equity of AMI Automation.  EC Rubio had already acted as Mexican Counsel to Resonac Corporation (back then Showa Denko K.K.) on the acquisition of the first 50% equity tranch and in the set up of the resulting JV with the sellers.

Resonac manufactures and sells graphite electrodes for electric arc furnace applications.  AMI Automation is a provider of automation solutions, hardware, software and services for a wide range of industries.
