BIO

Fernanda joined EC Rubio in June 2023 as an Associate. She has solidprofessional experience, focusing her practice on corporate law andmergers and acquisitions (M&A).

She has advised both national and international companies across avariety of industries, providing legal counsel from the incorporation andmaintenance of business entities to complex transactional operationsand corporate restructurings. She has participated in numerous M&Atransactions, including due diligence processes, share purchaseagreements, and capital increases for large and high-profile companies.

Her skill set also includes the drafting, review, and negotiation ofcommercial and corporate agreements, as well as ongoing compliancewith legal and regulatory obligations. She has experience in regulatoryanalysis, drafting corporate minutes, shareholder agreements, andcapital structures.

Fernanda complements her professional practice with specializedtraining in areas such as Insurance and Bonding Law, ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance), and Art Law. Thisbackground allows her to offer a comprehensive approach toregulatory compliance and risk management. She has also deliveredcompliance training courses aimed at fostering a culture of legalitywithin organizations. Additionally, she is an active member ofAbogadas MX, a network dedicated to promoting the professionaldevelopment and leadership of women in the legal field.
