Daniel Magaña, with 12 years of experience with the Firm, focuses his practice on corporate law, specializing in commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance. His track record and professionalism have established him as a leader in the area.
Daniel is certified by the National Comissions of Banking and Securities to act as an external auditor or compliance officer for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. His work and technical knowledge have been fundamental in consolidating the Firm’s prestige over the past few years.
