Following the amendment on outsourcing of personnel, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation last April 23th, and in order to clarify doubts regarding the concept of specialized services contemplated therein, the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente (PRODECON) published the ” Recommendations for the outsourcing of specialized services or execution of specialized works”.
