Fernanda has more than 6 years of experience and focuses her practice on corporate law matters and has experience in notarial, immigration and real estate law, assisting companies in Mexico and abroad. In addition, she has participated in the soft landing of foreign start-ups, authorization processes for financial technology companies, structuring of trusts and in several M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and corporate and real estate audits.
EDUCATION
- Law Degree, Universidad la Salle.
- She is currently pursuing a diploma in corporate law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
