BIO

Misael joined the firm in 2021 and focuses his practice on corporate labor matters. He has also participated in labor litigation before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and labor courts, general consulting on labor issues, internal regulations, formation of mixed committees, and implementation of strategies to avoid conflicts in the labor field. Additionally, he manages labor terminations, among other responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Autonomous University of Chihuahua (2016-2021)
  • Academic Excellence Award 2018 granted by the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua.
