BIO

Ana Paola Chávez joined the firm in 2018. Her main practice is civil, commercial, and family litigation, both as a defense attorney and representing plaintiffs in different type of controversial procedures of civil and commercial nature.

Ms. Chávez assists clients in both pre-trial motions and procedures to create and implement strategic actions, as well as represent clients in trial and the enforcement of judgements.

Ana Paola conducts civil litigations. mortgage trials, like summaries, ordinaries, evictions, action claims, prescriptions, voluntary jurisdiction, testamentary and intestate trials, and civil trials in general; likewise conducts commercial matters litigations such as defense and judicial debt collection (promissory notes, checks, credit contracts). Also conducts litigations in family matters such as divorces, alimonies, interdiction trials and family controversies.
