BIO

Alejandro González focuses his practice on financial, corporate and securities law. He has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, structured financings and various corporate transactions.

Alejandro continuously advises clients in trust transactions, simple and syndicated loan transactions, project finance, legal due diligence, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions.

EDUCATION

• Degree in Law and Finance, Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Puebla (2015).
• International Exchange, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid International Semester (January – June 2014).

RELEVANT MATTERS

• Participated in the merger and acquisition of an airport logistics services company by a competitor with multinational presence, advising on the Mexican side corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction.
• Participated in the negotiation of several syndicated loans representing the group of banks in charge of granting financing to real estate and capitalization projects.
• Advised several private equity funds participating in the issuance of development capital certificates (CKD’s) and investment project certificates (CERPI’s); also collaborated in the respective proceedings before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and the Institute for the Deposit of Securities (Indeval).
• He participated in the advice and negotiation of programs for the issuance of stock certificates and short-term debt of automotive financing companies, whose purpose was the securitization of collection rights.
