Elisa Cortés joined the firm in 2008. She has more than 15 years of experience in labor matters. Her practice focuses primarily on consulting, litigation and attention of administrative matters before labor authorities. She represents local and foreign companies.

• Law Degree, Universidad del Valle de México, UVM.

RELEVANT MATTERS

• Advises companies on hiring, justified rescissions of employment and termination of employees and executives, as well as on the enforcement of employers-employees obligations on labor matters.
• Advises clients on complaints and procedures before the Ministry of Labor.
• Participates in several Due Diligence procedures regarding labor issues.
