BIO

Lorena Mejía is member of the corporate area, providing comprehensive legal services covering all aspects of corporate law to domestic and international companies, including foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance. She is specialized in contractual advice, and negotiations in commercial matters, including services agreements, credit agreements, purchases, confidential agreements.

She also has experience in the incorporation and installation of multinational companies in Mexico. Her practice includes also advice in corporate matters as corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, creation of joint ventures between multinational companies.

EDUCATION

• Law Degree, Universidad Anáhuac.

RELEVANT MATTERS

• Has developed as Internal Lawyer of two multinational Companies, by means of a Secondment Agreement. Her function Has been providing support in the coordination of all legal work inside the corporations, as well as advice in all corporate and contractual matters.
