Jesús Perales Treviño has more than 19 years of experience and focuses his practice in representing companies and individuals, national or foreign, in individual or collective labor matters.
He is a specialist in preventive counseling, attention to labor lawsuits, subpoenas, consulting on labor matters in general, individual, and collective contracts, preparation of amparo suits, collective terminations, immigration proceedings, employer substitutions and mergers. He also has experience in labor inspections and compliance with health and safety regulations. Jesús has established professional relationships with authorities at different levels.
