BIO

Luis Francisco has over 5 years of experience in litigation proceedings. He joined the firm in March 2021, already possessing experience in in already possessing experience in Nullity Trials (administrative fines, public tenders, fictitious denial, etc.), Amparo Trials, and urban Trials against Federal, State, and Municipal authorities.

Luis focuses on strategic litigation for judicial collection stemming from breaches of civil and commercial contracts. He has also managed the promotion of Amparo Trials in labor matters, successfully declaring everything and done in proceedings before the State Conciliation and Arbitration Board outlaw, thereby avoiding clients’ compliance with illegal labor awards. He has also assisted in the promotion of Trials against Government Authorities, declaring the illegality of tax collection and fines, as well as the recovery of credit titles retained by Customs Authorities.
