Martín joined the firm in 2021 and was promoted to Associate in March 2024. His practice focuses on regulatory matters, with an emphasis on the mining industry, administrative law, and dispute resolution. He has also contributed to due diligence processes, as well as immigration and agrarian procedures, among others.
He has advised both domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including the negotiation and drafting of various types of contracts, obtaining regulatory authorizations, and handling administrative and constitutional (amparo) litigation before federal courts.
Martín has also collaborated in the certified translation of legal documents between Spanish and English.

Involved in the drafting of various contracts for mining, drilling, and other works and services related to the operation of the “Mulatos” and “La Yaqui Grande” projects in Sonora.
GoGold Resources Inc.
Assisted in obtaining a General Permit for the Purchase, Storage, and Use of Explosives in the Mining Industry from the Ministry of National Defense for the “Los Ricos” project in Jalisco.
Collaborated in the negotiation, drafting, and approval of a temporary land use agreement with an ejido adjacent to the “Los Ricos” project area.
Provided support in the development of an administrative litigation procedure to reverse the cancellation of a mining concession of critical interest to the company.

Assisted in the acquisition and renewal of a General Permit for the Purchase, Storage, and Use of Explosives in the Mining Industry from the Ministry of National Defense for the “El Tigre” project in Sonora.

Collaborated in the development of an administrative litigation procedure to recover a previously canceled mining concession essential to the company’s extractive operations.
