The Notary Public is an independent professional authorized by the Mexican Government to intervene in a large number of legal transactions. He records under his faith facts and legal acts which, according to the law, must be granted before him to give them solemnity and legal form.
Carlos Acevedo has been practicing as a lawyer for 18 years, focusing his professional work to the notarial area. In 2009 he gained the patent of Aspirant Notary and on July 20 he obtained the title of Notary Public No. 10 for the Bravos Judicial District, State of Chihuahua, with residence in Ciudad Juárez, by means of an examination against four other contenders in which he obtained the highest approval grade before a jury composed of four Notaries and the Director of the Notary’s Office in the State of Chihuahua.
