BIO

Alberto Palavichini Esquivel has 13+ years of experience and focus his practice on representing companies and individuals, both domestic and foreign, in civil, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration and bankruptcy proceedings.

He has advised clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including litigation and arbitration specialized in the Energy Industry; planning, execution and defense of corporate “Take Overs”; he has advised several companies in Bankruptcy Proceedings, such as airlines, financial companies and convenience stores; he also has extensive experience in amparo trials and criminal proceedings.

Mr. Palavichini is a professor at the Law School of the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, where he teaches undergraduate courses, he also graduated with honors from the Master’s Degree in Energy Law from the same Law School. Alberto is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, Nuevo Leon Chapter. He is also a statutory auditor of a hotel company located in the Riviera Maya.
