Ana Belen has focused her legal practice in the fields of corporate, civil, commercial, and intellectual property law. Her practice is centred on advising companies on corporate matters, corporate governance, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements.
Belen has participated in advising on domestic and international corporate transactions, providing support in the structuring of strategic alliances with international clients. She has also been involved in matters regarding the fashion industry, participating on the review, negotiation and drafting of manufacturing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as the development of intellectual property protection strategies. She real estate matters, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing lease agreements and amendment agreements. Additionally, she has managed matter related to the energy sector, including regulatory compliance as well as administrative litigation proceedings filed before municipal authorities.
Ana Belen contributed to the promotion of a legislative reform proposal
to amend Article 75, Section IX, of the Sustainable Mobility and Accessibility Law for the State of Nuevo León, which was subsequently approved by the Congress of the State of Nuevo León.
During her legal studies she worked at BUFETEC, managing pro bono family law matters, and she was a member of the Business Law Clinic at the University of Essex in England, where she advised young entrepreneurs on intellectual property matters, particularly regarding design registrations.
