BIO

Andrea is an attorney whose practice focuses on real estate, corporate and transactional law.

She has experience in the drafting, review and negotiation of legal instruments related to the real estate sector, including real estate trusts, lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, preliminary agreements, and letters of intent.

She has also participated in the establishment of condominium property regimes, including master regimes, as well as in real estate due diligence processes, with particular emphasis on property title studies and the review of urban planning and regulatory aspects applicable to real estate projects. This includes the evaluation of land use matters, the obtention of permits and licenses, and compliance with applicable development and regulatory parameters.

In the corporate area, she is involved in advising on corporate and governance matters, providing support in the structuring and implementation of transactions, particularly within the context of real estate operations. She has experience in the preparation of shareholders’ and board meeting minutes, maintenance of corporate records, corporate compliance, as well as in corporate restructuring processes and corporate due diligence.
