BIO

Michelle Leroux focuses her practice on Intellectual and Industrial
Property. She has over 15 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on intellectual property, trademarks and patents, contracts and audits in Mexico and abroad.

She constantly performs legal audits on Industrial Property and
Copyright for clients in the private sector and advises clients on
transactions involving IP matters.

• Seminar on the Federal Industrial Property Protection Law, Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).
