BIO

Antonio Flores specializes in labor law and business consultancy. His practice includes individual dispute resolution regarding labor matters, litigation and administrative proceedings related with businesses’ corporate compliance, training and coaching. He has successfully defended companies on labor and civil matters and advises in several human resources fields on a daily basis.

He also provides legal advice focused on solving individual labor disputes, litigation and administrative proceedings related with inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, the Federal Attorney’s Office for Environmental Protection and other administrative authorities. During the last 20 years he has worked as an external counsel for several companies in the automotive, food, construction, textile and primary sectors.
