BIO

Carlos Canseco is member of the Tax and Foreign Trade Department. He assists and represents clients during tax litigations before the corresponding courts and governmental instances. He has participated in various tax, administrative and amparo litigations. He also provides advice and creates strategies in tax and foreign trade matters for international companies.

  • Law degree, Universidad Iberoamericana, Campus Ciudad de México.
  • Paralegal in Tax and Litigation in Ernst & Young (EY), New Orleans, Louisiana, 2016.
  • 2022 Master of Law and Business (LL.M/MLB), Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany)

  • He has been counsel in the tax design of international structures for clients in the agriculture and food industries, cruises, real estate, among others.
  • Counsel in the preparation and presentation of consultations with tax authorities in matters of international treaties for clients of the satellite, energy and food industries.
