Perla Calderón focuses on procedure and ensuring, quick and easy mortgage credits and cancellations with the Instituto del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda para los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT for its acronym in Spanish). In addition, Mrs. Calderón is certified as a Private Mediators by Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and is currently finishing the Master in Business Law.

• Diplomat for the Training of Private Mediators.
