Avilix Gómez Sánchez graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and has over five years of experience in tax litigation and advisory.
His practice focuses on representing domestic and international taxpayers before federal and local tax authorities, with a strategic approach to dispute resolution.
He has advised companies on specialized matters such as transaction substance, business purpose, and economic substance, helping to strengthen their legal certainty in an increasingly complex tax environment.
He also has experience handling customs administrative proceedings, allowing him to provide comprehensive advice on both tax and customs matters.
