BIO

Cesar has more than 4 years of specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and foreign investments. He joined EC Rubio in April 2022, and since then he has advised and provided legal services to several national and international companies for their incorporation and proper operation in Mexico.

Cesar has actively participated in mergers and acquisitions processes, as well as corporate transformation and restructuring projects and has experience in conducting due diligence, identifying risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in highly relevant transactions.

  • He has advised several clients in corporate restructuring processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Participated in the execution of multiple merger processes, and purchase and sale of companies, including the negotiation and preparation of the necessary legal documents for their formalization, as well as due diligence to mitigate risks.
  • He has collaborated in projects of incorporation, transformation and/or dissolution of companies.
  • He has participated in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, adapting their content to the specific characteristics of each operation and the particular needs of the clients, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • He has provided advice in financing transactions involving the obtaining of loans backed by guarantees, participating in the negotiation, drafting and formalization of legal instruments.
