Fernanda has more than 2 years of experience and focuses her practice in Corporate Law, Foreign Investment and Intellectual Property matters, assisting companies in Mexico and abroad, she has participated in the structuring and negotiation of mergers and incorporation of companies.

Fernanda has advised mexican and foreign clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including general corporate matters, foreign investment, different types of contracts and agreements and real estate matters. She has also provided legal opinions for Multiple Purpose Financial Companies (SOFOM) in order to obtain loans for their clients and in civil and mercantile matters in connection with Notarial Law.
