David Fujii joined the Firm as Partner since Oct 01, 2020. Is a multicultural lawyer, specializing in business, legal and tax matters, keen on providing services to Japanese companies in Japanese, and Asia-Pacific companies.
David Fujii has broad experience in the commercial and manufacturing sectors, especially in the automotive, electronics. His areas of expertise include corporate law, foreign trade, labor, immigration, and real estate, among others.

- He has represented Automotive companies (mainly Japanese, and other Asians) in their establishment and start of operations in Mexico, in relation to the legal and tax support required, for automotive, recreational vehicles, electronics, pharmaceutical companies and other sectors.
- Participated in Merge & Acquisitions, transactions related to the sale of shares and assets of international manufacturing companies.
- Participated in the Joint-Venture processes in which an international steel metalworking company joint with a Mexican steel company, in order to increase market participation in the automotive industry and other sectors in Mexico.
- Represented international companies in the merger-acquisition-sale of Mexican companies with foreign shareholders.
- Legal advice and legal compliance to Japanese automotive companies for compliance with Mexican laws. Focused on corporate, labor, immigration, tax, customs and commercial, real estate, environmental and energy compliance.
