EC Rubio is pleased to announce the promotion of Mariana Herbert to Partner in the firm’s Querétaro office, as part of its regional growth strategy and the continued strengthening of its Immigration Law practice.
Mariana has more than 15 years of experience advising multinational companies on immigration processes related to the mobility of foreign personnel, as well as on the planning and implementation of comprehensive immigration strategies for individuals seeking to reside or establish themselves in Mexico.
Her practice is distinguished by offering strategic, efficient, and business‑oriented solutions, contributing to regulatory compliance and operational continuity for her clients, particularly in industries with high levels of international talent mobility.
Mariana holds a Law degree, a Specialization in Corporate Law, and a Master’s degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, where she also served as a professor of Immigration Law.
