Luis has 6 years of experience providing labor advisory services. He is an expert in registering companies before the REPSE and performing audits to verify compliance.
Luis focuses on the prevention of individual and collective litigation. He has participated in attending various STPS inspections, and in carrying out procedures before the various Administrative Labor Authorities.
He has actively participated in the negotiation of individual labor contracts. He has advised clients in matters of accreditation, approval, presentation, preparation and updating of reports for different agencies and institutions.
Actively participated in the verification of several points prior to an inspection by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare regarding reports submitted to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) of Servicios De Componentes Automotrices.
