BIO

María Fernanda has experience in different legal fields, throughout her practice she has been involved in civil litigation and notarial areas, however, she currently focuses her practice in transactional corporate law, advising Mexican and foreign entities reviewing and drafting different types of contracts and keeping track of their corporate books. In addition, she has been involved in the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions and joint ventures.

Maria Fernanda is also involved with developers and other practice areas in the feasibility, planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, intercompany contracts and long-term service contracts. She has advised clients from Mexico, the United States and several countries around the world in a wide variety of legal transactions.

María Fernanda completed her Masters thesis based on the reforms to the new Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, which was approved for academic excellence at Universidad La Salle Chihuahua.
