Miguel Ángel Ferriz Martínez is a lawyer with extensive experience in banking-financial and transactional law, advising clients in the structuring of cross-border and domestic credits and commercial transactions, representing national and foreign financial institutions, as well as borrowers. He also advises companies doing business in Mexico in the management and structuring of their commercial and real estate matters, as well as general corporate matters.
