Miguel Angel Torres González has prior experience on administrative litigations, tax and customs audits as well in international commerce & trade consulting in matters that include international foreign treaties, IMMEX Program (Maquiladora), exemption of duty deferral programs and customs compliance. As well in non-tariff regulations and restrictions compliance, corporate compliance, and sanitary and environmental regulations.

  • Defense attorney on customs administrative procedures and litigations before the Customs and the Federal Administrative Courts in Mexico.

  • Participation in the negotiation, preparation and execution of national an international commercial agreements.

  • Defense attorney on customs administrative procedures and litigations (+100 matters) of one of the most important companies in Mexico of the railway industry.
  • Assisted a worldwide client in the automotive industry in a project that involves origin issues in terms of the treaties of which Mexico is part (Europe and LATAM).
  • Assisted a worldwide client in the alcoholic and spirit beverage industry in a project that involves origin issues in terms of the treaties of which Mexico is part in LATAM.
