Raúl Lara Maiz has represented national and international companies for more than 25 years, specializing on labor and immigration best practices, compliance, and prevention from a business perspective.

Raúl counsels on a wide variety of labor and immigration legal matters such as compliance with laws, regulations and reforms, hirings, terminations and the transfer of employees, labor reorganizations including collective terminations and negotiations as well as employer substitutions, draft of manuals and policies related to employment and international mobility, and labor litigation, among others.
