Reynold Gonzalez-Villarreal

Reynold Gonzalez is an international corporate transactional attorney with over 25 years of experience in handling complex cross-border transactions, as well as labor and employment consulting and litigation. Most recently, he headed the administrative functions of one of Mexico’s largest service station operators and served as General Counsel for one of Northern Mexico’s largest importers and distributors of propane gas and gasoline fuels. Prior to that, he was the lead international attorney at Conduent, Inc., a spin-off of Xerox Corp., where he served as Senior Vice President & Group Counsel – International. He spent 5 years at Calvo, Renteria & Gonzalez as managing partner based in Ciudad Juarez and led the international corporate and labor practice groups, representing business interests of Fortune 500 companies and Mexican industrial groups within Mexico and throughout Latin America. Reynold began his career as an associate at Gonzalez Villarreal y Asociados, where he was a labor and employment litigator representing U.S. and European manufacturing companies in Mexico before expanding his practice.
