We are pleased to share the news that Juan Carlos Partida, partner of the firm and an expert in international trade, has been appointed by Mexico, through Decision No. 1 of the Free Trade Commission (FTC) of the T-MEC, to be part of the list of panelists that could hear disputes arising under section D of Chapter 10 of the T-MEC.
We know that his objectivity, reliability and good judgment will contribute positively to the proper functioning of the T-MEC binational panel mechanism for trade remedies.
