Alejandra Alvidrez joined the firm in 2021. With more than four years of experience, her practice includes corporate, energy, and real estate procedures to comply with federal and local regulations necessary to carry out industrial operations in Mexico.

She has also collaborated in legal audit procedures (Due Diligence) for acquisitions in Mexico and business regulatory compliance.

Her additional practices focus on immigration law, providing assistance and guidance to clients especially in obtaining all types of work and tourist visas.

Alejandra interactúa también con desarrolladores y otras áreas de prácticas en la viabilidad, planificación e implementación de proyectos de infraestructura, energía y bienes raíces. Ha asesorado a clientes mexicanos, de Estados Unidos y de varios países del mundo en una amplia variedad de asuntos legales, incluyendo la presentación y aprobación de proyectos de modificación al Plan de Desarrollo Urbano ante Cabildo Municipal, como lo es eliminación de vialidades, así como modificaciones de Coeficientes de Ocupación de Suelo y aprobación de Condominios Industriales.

Así mismo, Alejandra ha participado en proyectos hidráulicos de clientes industriales conjuntamente con la Junta Municipal de Agua y Saneamiento en Ciudad Juárez, mismos que incluyen perforación, equipamiento y donación de pozos de agua.
