BIO

She has more than 25 years of experience in labor law, advising hundreds of multinational companies, covering preventive aspects and preparing their labor infrastructure.

She conducts labor audits and provides training courses on topics such as the negotiation and costing of collective bargaining agreements, prevention of workplace violence, grounds for termination of employment with justification and due process, etc.

She has extensive experience in individual and collective litigation, both in the previous and current labor justice systems. She also has extensive experience negotiating and reviewing collective bargaining agreements with several Unions.

She has successfully conducted technical closures, labor substitution processes, and collective termination processes for numerous companies.

She has taught various subjects related to labor law at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and Universidad Anáhuac. She has also taught courses and diplomas at various universities.

She was president of the Association of Labor Lawyers of the State of Querétaro. She is currently Vice President of the Inclusion and Women in Business Committee, Bajío Chapter of the Canada-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, A.C.
