EC Rubio is pleased to announce the appointment of Maribel Rangel as Counsel, joining our Puebla office as part of the strategic expansion of our Labor and Employment Practice. Her arrival marks a significant step forward in our ability to provide specialized legal counsel in regulatory compliance, industrial safety, and occupational health, within an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
With over 26 years of experience in labor, administrative, and social security litigation, and more than 20 years advising companies across industrial and service sectors on critical matters such as inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), risk prevention, and the implementation of safe workplace environments, Maribel brings a technical and strategic perspective that enhances the comprehensive scope of our practice.
Her credentials include:
- Certification as an External Training Agent (DC-5 STPS).
- Delivery of more than 30 training programs in occupational safety and hygiene.
- Over 25,000 hours of specialized legal advisory services.
- Academic experience as a postgraduate lecturer at UPAEP, a key institution within Puebla’s academic and business ecosystem.
Her addition strengthens a labor practice that encompasses strategic litigation, collective labor relations, regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and occupational health management, with the capacity to serve organizations operating in complex sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food production, and specialized services, among others.
