David brings over 12 years of experience advising national and international companies across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, he has developed practical and effective solutions to address complex tax challenges, with a focus on compliance, prevention, and efficiency from a business-oriented perspective.

David has led key projects in tax consulting, corporate reorganizations, estate structuring, foreign investment tax compliance, and corporate simplification. His notable work includes advising a business group with operations in Mexico and the United States with annual revenues exceeding $10 billion, as well as supporting Mexican families with international assets in their estate planning processes.
He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Monterrey.
