EC Rubio is pleased to announce the addition of David B. Jaffe as Of Counsel, further strengthening our Compliance practice and expanding our international capabilities.
David is a U.S. attorney with more than 40 years of experience and has held leadership positions in multinational companies, both public and private, in the United States. As Vice President and General Counsel of Guardian Industries Corp., he played a key role in the company’s global expansion, including its entry into the Mexican market. Additionally, he has designed and implemented compliance and ethics programs, and managed government investigations.
“David’s extensive experience in designing and implementing compliance and ethics programs will be of great value to our clients in an environment where compliance regulations are constantly evolving,” said Javier Canseco, partner at EC Rubio. “His knowledge of international regulations and his practical approach will further strengthen the services we provide to our clients.”
David earned his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago and is also the founder of Jaffe Counsel PLC, based in Michigan. At EC Rubio, he will focus on advising clients on developing and implementing robust compliance programs that meet the requirements of U.S. and international regulatory bodies.
